Leiper's Fork, Tennessee
This 12,000-square-foot Greek Revival-style home sits on 40 acres of rolling hills near the Leiper’s Fork community in Williamson County Tennessee. Much research of Historic Greek Revival homes, especially in the South, as well as study of more recent homes based on Greek Revival precedents led to numerous proportional studies and variations of the facades, leading to the form that was ultimately built. The residence features a two-story front porch, that opens into a two-story entrance hall with a sweeping curved stair and balconies. The axial view that carries straight through the main living room, the rear porch, over the pool, and ends at the angled, picturesque barn, is where the architecture, interior design and landscape architecture are all evident at one time. The Construction and Interior Design were completed by Castle Homes, and the Landscape Architecture was by Page | Duke Landscape Architects.
